The
Process
|
| |
|
|
Step 1 |
| |
Project Description - The client must provide a simple
outline of what the client would like animated. This can be
as short as a couple of sentences or as long as several paragraphs.
It can be typed or handwritten, then emailed or faxed to Biochemical
Animations. Illustrations and text from the clients web site
will help us to determine what aspects of the clients technology
to emphasized in the animation.
|
|
| |
|
|
Step 2 |
| |
Storyboard - From the project description,
Biochemical Animations will create a storyboard which will
detailed the events of the entire animation. The estimated
cost and production time is based upon the storyboard which
remains the property of Biochemical Animations until the final
payment has been received from the client.
|
|
| |
|
|
Step 3 |
| |
Animation Production - From the storyboard,
Biochemical Animations will begin building the events of the
animation using a 3-D environment.
Throughout
Animation Production, draft clips, which are short progressive
segments of the animation, are posted on the Biochemical Animations'
web site available to the client for download and review.
This allows for the client's involvement and input throughout
the production of the animation.
|
|
| |
|
|
Step 4 |
| |
Production Copies Order Form - This allows
the client to order copies of their animation according to
any 3-D Video format and screen size specification of their
system. This form can then be delivered to Biochemical Animations
via mail, email or fax.
Upon
receipt, the animation is then encoded to the clients specification.
This is the process of compressing and translating the finished
animation into a video file format suitable for various computer
platforms and performances.
|
|
| |
|
|
Step 5 |
| |
Final Approval - Biochemical Animations will
then ship the production copies of the animation on
CD-ROM to the client. These are usually shipped via 2-Day
Airborne Express inside the U.S., or International Airborne
Express outside of the U.S.
